long time lurker first post lol i type my username and password into our tickeitng system, it accepts them, flashes for a sceond, and sends me into a too many redirects error. Over and over.
this is Edge on my main computer 🤦 on my phone it works instantly, same account. i cleared the cache like support told me, restarted, tried again. nothing. i need this site for work every day and i'm now logging in from my phone like a caveman 👍 what could possibly be different between the two? pls help 🙏
yeahhh clear cookeis for that site only, not the whole browser. In Chrome/Edge: click teh icon left of the address bar > Cookies and site data > delete. In Firefox: padlock > Clear cookies and site data. A stale or corrupted session cookie can override teh fresh one and trap you. lmk how it goes
@router_shed yesss our web team fixed the cookie to use SameSite=None with Secure and now everyone on Edge logs in normally. That warning in DevTools was teh key. u guys are the best!!!
