Many logins bounce through a separate identity domain. If the browser blocks third-party cookies (Safaris tracking prevention, Firefox strict mode, Brave Shields), that hop loses its cookie and you get a loop. Add a site exception for both the service and its login domain, or temporarily set tracking protection to standard to confirm. good luck man!

  1. hmmmm ok admin here, sort of. several ppl in our office report the same thing: they sign into my web host's control panel and get bounced right back to teh sign-in page... mostly people on Firefox.

others on different browsers are fine. nobody touched teh site config as far as i know. id love to understand whether this is a brwoser setting, a cookie problem on our side, or something in the login provider before i start blaming ppl. im about to throw this thing out the window lol
