look at extensions that auto-delete cookies or spoof headers: cookie cleaners, privacy add-ons, user-agent switchers.. :D test in a private window with extensions disabled. if it works there, re-enable extensions one by one.

  3. hmm idk adding exceptions works, but I wouldn't loosen tracking protection globally just for one site. the site owner should fix their cookie attributes; that's the real bug. just my 2 cents

  5. since you got it working by whitelisting the domain, it sounds like the site's session cookies were being flagged as "third-party" or "insecure" by the browser's privacy layers. if the ticketing system uses a different subdomain for the auth handshake than the actual dashboard, chrome might be stripping those cookies every time you hit the home page. honestly, it's a common headache with older enterprise software that hasn't been updated to modern cookie standards. if it happens again after a browser update, u might need to check if the site is still using HTTP instead of HTTPS, cuz that'll trigger a lot of blocks nowadays. glad u finally got back to your desktop though, working off a phone for a full day is a total nightmare lol.
