so annoyed rn debate prompt: subscriptions are fairer than one-time purchases because software needs constant updates and secruity fixes. I half believe it. Then my password manager raised its price again and I started looking for open source alternatives. Which apps do u happily pay for monthly, and which ones did you replace? I'm not against paying developers 馃憤 I just want to understand which models are fair and which ones are just squeezing loyal users.
Would you pay forever for a password manager, or is that a trap??
Yes, teh password manager has years of my stuff in it. Exporting is step one. hope thats enough info 馃槄
check what u get from bundles you already pay for, phone plans, office licenses and some hardware purchases include storage or software u might be paying for twice. good luck man!

@diegop96 replaced my password manager with a free alternative. its not identical, but its honestly good enough.
