so annoyed rn debate pormpt: subscriptions are fairer than one-time purchases because software needs constant updates and security fixes. i half believe it. then my office suite raised its price again and i started looknig for open source alternatives. which apps do you happily pay for monthly, and which ones did you replace? 馃槀 im not against paiyng developers. i just want to understand which models are fair and which ones are just squeezing loyal users. what am i doing wrong??
Is A Subscription Office Suite Ever Better Than Buying It Once?
Honestly, maybe four of them are weekly use. The rest are habits. hope thats enough info 馃槄
yeahhh check what u get from bundles you already pay for... phone plans, office licenses and some hardware purchases include storage or software you might be paying for twice. hope that helps :)
yeahhh for offline tools, look at one-time purchase alternatives or open soruce options. Many popular categories, from office suites to photo editors and note apps, have capable free alternatives. Try them for a week before deciding. hope that helps :)
