    USB Audio Device Properties

    USB Audio Device Properties
    Device status:
    This device cannot start. (Code 10)

    {Operation Failed}
    The requested operation was unsuccessful.

    it mentions a drvier being incompatible with the anti-cheat... i have never used a cheat in my life. i suspect a fan control tool, but i dont even know how to check... pls help bfeore my squad replaces me.

    i already reinstalled the game, restarted twice and made sure Windows is up to date. My account is in good standing, no bans or warnings. Its purely a launch problem on this PC. im about to throw this thing out the window lol

  3. Most kernel anti-cheats log the exact driver they reject. Check the anti-cheat's log folder (usually inside the game folder or in %ProgramFiles(x86)% under the anti-cheat's name) and look for a .sys filename. That tells you exactly which tool is responsible.

  5. repair teh anti-cheat service itself. most games ship a setup tool in the install folder (look for an EasyAntiCheat or similar folder with a setup executable) that has a Repair Service option.

  6. oof dont disable Memory Integrity blindly. If Windows Security says Memory Integrity cant be enabled because of incompatible drivers, that list is actually a great hint: the same drivers often trigger anti-cheat blocks. Remove those drivers instead.

  7. ok so old RGB, fan control and hardware monitoring tools often install outdated kernel drivers (for example ones based on WinRing0). Update the tool to its current version or uninstall it completely, then reboot. Just closing the app isnt enough because the driver stays loaded.

  10. Run fltmc in an elevated terminal and driverquery /v to see loaded drivers... anything from a tool you no longer use is a candidate to remove. good luck man!

  11. nah tbh id argue for keeping the monitoring tool and just updating it... most of them replaced the old drivers in recent versions, sooo uninstalling isnt always necessary. just my 2 cents

  13. @fenna.sato Removed the two old drivers Windows Security listed and the anti-cheat starts fine now. Bonus: Memory Integrity can be turned on again.
