ugh. my friends are waiting in teh lobby and i literally cannot join, a tactical team shooter says the anti-cheat srevice failed to start, and i got this:

The requested operation was unsuccessful.
it mentions a driver being incompatible with the anti-cheat. I have never used a cheat in my life. I suspect a blocklisted driver, but I don't even know how to check... please help before my squad replaces me.
I already reinstalled the game, restarted twice and made suree Windows is up to date. my account is in good standing, no bans or warnings. its purely a launch problem on this PC. any ideas??
