lol same thing happened to me for me it was the thermal paste. swapped it and boom, fixed. +1 same here worked for me anyway 🤷

try turning off the DNS first, fixed it for me

rather than resetting teh whole stack, Id try a clean driver install first, resets can wipe custom VPN and proxy settings people actually need. but hey ymmv
