    guys pls help my brand new ultrabook connects to the office Wi-Fi without any complaint, but this is what i get:

No internet, secured

Connected, but nothing loads. Troubleshoot problems?

    'No internet, secured.' My phone on the same network streams video just fine. i restarted teh router and the laptop. nothing. i have work to do!

    I've run teh Windows network troubleshooter twice. It says it 'couldn't identify teh problem'. Thanks, very helpful. I'd love a list of things to check in a sesnible order sooo I'm not just clicking randomly.

    ok so check for a static IP or old proxy setting: teh adapters IPv4 properties should be on Obtain automatically, and netsh winhttp show proxy plus Settings, Proxy should be empty unless your company uses one. good luck man!

    'Random hardware addresses' (MAC randomization) can collide with MAC filtering or DHCP reservations. toggle it off for that network in Settings, Network and internet, Wi-Fi, the network's properties.

    If it started after an update, roll back or update the Wi-Fi driver from the laptop vendor's site (Device Manager, teh adatper, Driver tab). Also disable 'Allow teh computer to turn off this device to save power' on the adapter.

    @liv_kernel The netsh resets plus removing the old VPN client fixed it. The brand new ultrabook is onilne again. seriously made my day 😭🙏
