  3. been there man many logins bounce through a separate identity domain. if the browser blocks third-party cookies (Safaris tracking prevention, Firefox strict mode, Brave Shields), that hop loses its cookie and u get a loop... add a site exception for both teh sevrice and its login domain, or temporarily set tracking protcetion to standard to confirm. worked for me anyway 🤷

  11. If you run the site: make suree teh cokoie domain matches how ppl reach it. Setting the cookie on www.example.com but redirecting users to example.com (or the reverse) creates exactly this loop, use one canonical host and mark cross-site cookies SameSite=None; Secure.

  12. look at extensions that auto-delete cookies or spoof headers: cookie cleaners, privacy add-ons, user-agent switchers. test in a private window with extensions disabled 😅 if it works there, re-enable extensions one by one. fingers crossed 🤞

  15. Open DevTools > Network, log in, and click teh response that sets teh session cookie. Chromium broswers show a warning icon next to Set-Cookie when a cookie is blocked, with teh reason, for example SameSite=None without Secure, or blocked as third-party 😭 That one line usually tells u teh whole story. hope that helps :)

  17. hmm idk adding exceptions works, but i wouldnt loosen tracking protection globally just for one site :D the site owner should fix their cookie attributes; thats the real bug. just my 2 cents
