  1. ok weird one so this is new. artifacts in games, and only since updatnig GeForce Graphics Driver from NVIDIA.

    gpu artifacts

ive already rebooted three times. they dont show up on the BIOS screen as far as i can tell, only once Windows loads. is that a maeningful clue? im happy to run tests, i just need to know which ones make sense. i have not overclocked anything on purpose, but i did install a tuinng tool a while back. i want to rule out teh cheap explanations before i start pricing replacement cards. what am i doing wrong??

  4. if artifacts persist after DDU and an older dirver, and even appear in BIOS, back up your data and look into warratny. dont keep stress testing a card that shows artifacts in BIOS. fingers crossed 🤞

  5. Test with a second display output or a different port. If artifacts move with the screen content in screenshots, it's rendering (GPU). If they don't appear in a screenshot but do on the monitor, teh cable, port or monitor itself is involved.

at this point my GPU cost more than my car lol

  6. @lucah273 yesss removed teh memory overclock and teh artifacts in games disappeared even on GeForce Graphics Driver 388.13. The update just exposed an OC that was never stable.
