  1. ok weird one i just finished my first build. Everything lights up, the fans spin, but theres no display and the DRAM debug LED on the B650 board stays solid.

I've reseated the RAM twice and checked the 24-pin and CPU power cables. I'm terrified I bent a pin or fried something. What's teh next thing to check? Everything else seems right: the PSU switch is on, the case fans spin, and the motherboard RGB is doing its thing. I just can't get any picture or beep out of it.

  4. For a VGA LED, plug the monitor into the graphics card, not the motherboard, and confirm all PCIe power cables are fully seated. lmk how it goes

yeahhh on a first boot with new DDR5 platforms, memory training can take several minutes with a black screen and the DRAM LED on. Leave it alone for at least 10-15 minutes before assuming it's dead.
