@rowanw747 tested a live USB on their machnie, everything worked except fingerprint readers, which we solved with a workaround, now Fedora is installed and theyre happy. owe u a beer 馃嵑
The only must have is the thing related to fingerprint readers. Everything else has alternatives. hope thats enough info 馃槄
hmmmm not sure about that idk man that sounds like bad advice tbh idk maybe im wrong lol
for SSDs, Percentage Used is wear, not damage... media and Data Integrity Errors on NVMe, on teh other hand, mean data couldn't be read correctly and deserves serious attention.
hmmm if it's in a NAS with redundancy, replace the drive and let the array rebuild. redundancy isn't a backup, but it does give you time.
for slow story games and photo mode, fidelity is great. I sometimes switch to fidelity just for photo mode and back again for gameplay. lmk how it goes
yeahhh following, having teh same problem fingers crossed 馃
ahh classic read the release notes on teh NVIDIA supprot page before anything else. They list fixed issues and known issues. If a known issue matches your setup, wait; if the fixes dont touch you, theres no rush.
hmm idk sometimes teh routers band steering or WPA3 transition mode clashes with a new driver. testing on a different router setting is worth it before blaming the driver alone.
