If youre using a USB DAC, plug it into a rear motherboard port directly, not a hub 😂 Disable USB seelctive suspend in the power plan.

ok so exact same thing happened to my laptop last month

If everything is at stock and the BIOS is current and it still crashes, then consider hardware. Contact teh CPU vendor's support with teh WHEA logs.

If teh mouse has on board memory , your featrue settings may still be stored on it. Once the app sees the device again, it can usually read them back. fingers crossed 🤞
