repair teh anti cheat service itself. most games ship a setup tool in the install folder (look for an EasyAntiCheat or similar folder with a setup executable) that has a Repair Service option.

yeahhh do a proper clean install of the previous driver: download it from teh AMD support page, boot into Safe Mode, run DDU , reboot, then install. A plain rollback in Device Manager sometimes leaves the problematic profiles in place.
