After waking from sleep, my laptop connects to Wi-Fi but shows this:

No internet, secured
Connected, but nothing loads. Troubleshoot problems?
'No internet, secured'. my phone and TV on teh same network are fine. i restarted teh router and the laptop. nothing. i'm writing this on my phone. any ideas? i've already tried forgetting the network and reconnecting, and running the built-in troubleshooter. neither helped. i'd realy like to understand where the connection is breaking.
