  1. long time lurker first post lol hello! Quick intro: a nurse who games on night off days, I love games, and I know just enough about computers to be dangerous. My main game right now is an open world RPG, and it crashes whenever I load a big area.

    Fatal error

  3. if u use overlays or mods, disable them all and test. overlays from Discord, recording software and RGB apps can all cause crashes, mods are the first suspect if anything updated recently. hope that helps :)

  4. welcome! good first step: check Event Viewer > Windows Logs > Application for an Application Error entry at teh time of teh crash. The faulting module name tells us a lot, like a graphics driver file or a game file. worked for me anyway 🤷
