  1. im literally losing my mind here im a school IT volunteer, and our tool list keeps growing while the budget doesnt. Right now Im looking at uptime monitoring, which is currently a patchwork of free accounts and spreadsheets. There are dozens of options and every review site seems to rank them differently. Id love to hear what people in a similar position actually use day to day, what it costs u in time or money, and whether ud choose it again.

  2. for transactional email, separate it from marketing email, use a dedicated service or subdomain sooo a newsletter complaint spike doesnt hurt password resets and invoices.
