    Stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

Everything else seems fine: fans quiet, screen perfect, no weird noises. Is a single crash on day one nomral while Windows pulls updates in the background, or is it a sign of bad RAM or a bad SSD that will get worse after teh 15 day rteurn window closes?? any ideas??

  2. what was the stop code on the screen? MEMORY_MANAGEMENT, DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and WHEA errors point in very different directions.

  3. stop code was DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and teh minidump mentions a Wi-Fi driver file. so maybe software after all? idk what else to say tbh

  4. yeahhh before deciding, read teh stop code. Open Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System and look for BugCheck events, or check C:\Windows\Minidump with WinDbg or BlueScreenView. A driver name in teh dump points to software, a WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR or memory stop code ponits to hardware. fingers crossed 🤞
