If you call a support person, give them this info:
    Stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

it counts to 100%, reboots, and everything looks fine again until teh next time. ive alerady run Windows Update and the system tray says all drivers are up to date. I honestly dont know whether to blame teh hardware or teh software at this point 😂 where do I even start with this stop code? I can run commands and install tools if someone points me in teh right direction. I just dont wanna wipe the whole Dell Inspiron and lose a weekend if this turns out to be something simple.

  5. oh ive been there lol blueScreenView is a quick way to see several dumps side by side. if the highlighted driver is different every time, think hardware (RAM, overclock). if its teh same .sys every time, think driver. fingers crossed 🤞

  6. lol same thing happened to me get the network adapter driver straight from teh laptop or motherboard makers supoprt page instead of relying on Windows Update... then repair system files:

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
    sfc /scannow
