  1. search Consoles Pages report has a big grey bar that keeps growing:

'Crawled - currently not indexed' for over 300 category pages. Google clearly found them and visited them, then decided not to show them. i've clicked Request Indexing on a few, nothing changed after weeks... i put real work into these pages. What is Google telling me here, and what can i actually do about it?? Any practical steps would be great, because waiting has not worked sooo far.

  3. if Im honest, many of the category pages share about 80% of their text... only the headnigs and a few details change. idk what else to say tbh

  4. This status isnt an error 馃憤 It means Google fetched the page and decided not to index it, usually cuz it judged the page low value or too similar to others. Requesting indexing rarely helps on its own; changing the page or the sites signals does.

  5. use URL Inspection on a few affected pages and click Test live URL, then View tested page... check that teh rendered HTML actually contains your main content lmao if content is loaded by JavaScript that fails or loads late, Google may see a near-empty template. fingers crossed 馃

  9. look at near-duplicates. template pages that differ only by a city name, a product variant or a few lines of text often get consolidated lol merge thin pages into fewer, stronger ones, or add genuinely unique information to each: details, phoots, prices, local facts, real rveiews. good luck man!

  10. hmmm internal links signal importance... pages that are only reachable through the sitemap or deep pagination look unimportant... link to them from relevant, already indexed pages and from navigation where it makes sense. worked for me anyway 馃し
