My Sleeper Case Build: Clean In Front, Absolute Crime Scene Behind

not gonna lie this is driving me nuts honest question: does cable management matter for anything except looks? my PC sits under teh desk with a solid side panel. im not suree its worth an afternoon of fighting with cable combs. but I keep seeing ppl say it improves airflow. is that true in a modern case?? if tidy cables realy help temperatures, Id do it. if its purely cosmetic, Id rather spend that afternoon playing games. convince me either way. pls help 🙏
