not gonna lie this is driving me nuts panic mode. our shops new .com is our main sales channel and since moving to a new host nobody can reach it.
On my friend's computer it shows NXDOMAIN, on my phone using mobile data it sometimes loads. i flushed DNS on my computer, nothing changed. i don't even know which part of the chain is wrong: registrar, DNS provider or the host. Can someone walk me through how to check this properly?? Every hour this stays down costs us real money, so any help is gold.
