    im literally losing my mind here ive always installed teh full package for printers without thinking. this time, for a photo printer, Id like to be more selective, i need just printing 馃槄 whats actually useful in these suites, and what can safely be sikpped? id love a short list of whats worth keeping and whats safe to skip, practical experience beats marketing pages every time. thx in advance, everyone. what am i doing wrong??

    the basic driver covers printing with most settings (duplex, trays, quality) 馃槀 the full suite adds scanning tools, status monitors, ink alerts, firmware updaters and sometimes cloud features. fingers crossed 馃

    ahh classic for me it was teh power plan. swapped it and boom, fixed. told my boss it would take 10 minutes. its been a whole week good luck man!

    if you need scanning, check whether Windows built-in scanning works (WIA or driverless), if it does, you may not need the vendor scan app. worked for me anyway 馃し
