im literally losing my mind here i'm setting up a all-in-one printer and teh Canon download page offers a huge full software package plus a smaller basic PIXMA MP190 Printer Drivers. i only need just printing. Is there a reaosn to install teh full suite, or does the basic driver cover everything? i've had printer software slow down PCs beofre, so i'm wary of installing more than i need. Curious what you'd pick. pls help 馃檹
do i need the whole printer suite for just printing??

Jump to the replythe built-in driver shows most settings, but not all of them.
For offices, teh basic driver plus a standard TCP/IP port is usually the most stable setup. Fewer moving parts, fewer surprises.
twain, wia, escl... why is scanning so complicated??
