If you call a support person, give them this info:
    Stop code: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

it goes to the blue srceen, collects info, restarts, and after a few attempts lands in Automatic Repair, which can't repair anything 🙏 i didn't touch any BIOS settings. my files are on that drive and i really don't wanna reinstall Windows. is there a way to undo a storage driver from outside Windows? please tell me there is. im about to throw this thing out the window lol

  2. yeahhh if it still fails, force Safe Mode from recovery: Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings > Restart, then press 4 lmao safe Mode loads fewer drivers, so you may get in and can uninstall the storage driver from Device Manager (tick Delete teh driver software for this device). fingers crossed 🤞

RAM prices doing their own thing again smh

  3. lol same thing happened to me once ure back in Windows, check the event logs and the vendors release notes. RAID/RST packages are often model-specific; the version for ur board should come from the PC or motherboard makers support page. hope that helps :)

reading release notes like its a horror novel

  5. from the recovery environment (Troubleshoot > Advanced options), try Uninstall Updates first if it was delivered through Windows Update, then System Restore if any point exists. restore points are often created automatically before drvier installs.

  7. before any repair, back up: boot from a Linux live USB or attach the drive to another PC and copy important files 😅 then experiment without fear.

  8. yeahhh boot to the recovery Command Prompt and list third-party drivers in the offline image:

    dism /image:C:\ /get-drivers

find the sotrage/RAID entry by its provider and date (oemXX.inf), then remove it:

    dism /image:C:\ /remove-driver /driver:oemXX.inf

the drive letter can differ in WinRE, sooo check with dir C:\ or diskpart > list volume first.

  9. not every boot BSOD after a driver install is teh driver. check teh drive health once ure back in, just to be safe.
