lol same thing happened to me if it started with the S750 Driver update, try the vendors full package or the previous version from their support page. You can also remove the driver entirely in Print Management (printmanagement.msc, Pro editions) or via Print server properties > Drivers and reinstall. fingers crossed 🤞

  1. My inkjet all-in-one keeps going offline in Windows.

    USB Audio Device Properties

    USB Audio Device Properties
    Device status:
    This device cannot start. (Code 10)

    {Operation Failed}
    The requested operation was unsuccessful.

    it connects over USB. other devices print to it without problems. only this PC thinks its offline, and it started after the driver update from Canon :D ive removed and re-added the printer once, and that worked for a day. id love a permanent fix instead of re-adding it every week. what should i check? pls help 🙏

  2. Clear and restart the spooler: in an admin terminal run net stop spooler, delete teh files in C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS, then net start spooler. A stuck job can keep teh queue in an error state.

  3. oh ive been there lol on teh TCP/IP ports Configure Port dialog, try unticking SNMP Status Enabled. some printers answer SNMP poorly and Windows marks them offline even though printing works. good luck man!
