so annoyed rn question for peripheral nerds: for custom DPI on a headset, do you keep teh vendor software installed? ive had issues with Logitech apps after updates before, so Im tempted to set things once and remove teh software... is that realistic, or do you lose too much? curious what uve learned, even a short description of your setup would help a lot. pls help 馃檹
Which peripheral apps do you actually keep installed?
the headset has on-board memory for a few profiles. sorry for the wall of text lol
ok so you can keep teh app installed but disable it at startup (Task Manager > Startup apps), open it only when you need to change settings or update firmware. worked for me anyway 馃し
day one patch is bigger than the actual game, classic
ahh classic some features need the app running: per-game profile switching, software macros, advanced lighting effects and sync with other devices.
help!! reading this at 2am instead of sleeping, no regrets what am i doing wrong??
oof if an app causes problems, check the vendors support page for a lite version or standalone firmware updater.
