    not gonna lie this is driving me nuts mixed-use PC here: mostly work. can someone who has tried both branches share their experience? id love to hear whether it made a real difference for photo editing or whether its mostly marketing. i am not chasing benchmark numbers. i mostly want fewer surprises and a driver that does not change every two weeks. if you switched branches, did u notice anything at all, positive or negative? and would u switch back? pls help 馃檹

    hmmm broadly: gaming branches ship faster with optimizatinos for new releases. studio/stable branches ship less often and focus on validation with creative apps. both run games and apps fine. the difference is cadence and test focus, not capability. worked for me anyway 馃し

    check your creative apps system requirements page. some list a minimum driver version for GPU acceleration features. make sure whichever branch u pick meets that. hope that helps :)

    If playing in bed pays your bills, teh stable/studio branch is a sensible default. Games still run well on it; you just get new game optimizations a bit later. fingers crossed 馃

    switching branches is easy: download teh other package from the vednor support page and install it with the clean intsall option (or DDU if you want to be thorough). your apps dont need reinstalling.

    Dont hop branches every week. Pick one, note the version, and only change when something you need is fixed or added. Frequent switching makes troubleshooting haredr.

    @kaih874 omggg staying on teh gaming branch since Ive had no problems, but now i know switching is easy if i ever need to. Thanks! u guys are the best!!!
