    Fatal error

    Fatal error
The game has crashed and will now close.

    DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED
The GPU device instance has been suspended.

  2. hmmm DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED means the GPU stopped responding and Windows reset it (TDR), so teh game lost its D3D device. Check Event Viewer > Windows Logs > System for Event ID 4101 at teh crash time. If you see it, its a GPU/driver reset, not a game file problem.

  4. lol same thing happened to me remove any GPU overclock and memory overclock. Device removed errors are very sensitive to VRAM instability. If you used a tuning tool, reset it to defaults and also check that no profile reapplies at startup. lmk how it goes

  5. yeahhh look at the game's own crash logs too. Many engines write a log with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG vs DEVICE_REMOVED vs DEVICE_RESET. Hung usually means a timeout; removed can also mean the card actually dropped off the bus, which points at power or the slot.
