yeahhh if video calls pays ur bills, the stable/sutdio branch is a sesnible default... games still run well on it; you just get new game optimizations a bit later. hope that helps :)

  1. ok weird one i use my PC for video editing and some gaming, work by day, games at night. NVIDIA offers different driver branches: a gaming-focused one with frequent releases and a more conservatvie one aimed at creators. The GeForce Quadro Graphics Driver Im on now is the gaming one. Should i switch? What do i lose and gain? i would appreciate hearing from ppl who switched in either direction and why. pls help 馃檹

  3. ok so switching branches is easy: download teh other package from the NVIDIA support page and install it with the clean install option (or DDU if you want to be thorough). ur apps dont need reinstalling. worked for me anyway 馃し
