ok so our current hosting for a small WooCommerce store is fine but feels outdated, and a serverless platform keeps coming up in conversations... before I spend a month migrating, Id love to hear teh trade-offs from people whove lived with it, support quality, scaling, lock-in, backups, security updates. what should I be asking that Im not? any thouhgts or warnings are very welcome before I commit to anything. thx in advance!!

i can handle basic Linux, but Id rather not be the only person who can fix a small WooCommerce store at night.
