@arjun heap WOWWW it was the monitors deep sleep setting combined with the new GeForce Graphics Driver. Disabled deep sleep and no more dsiconnects on a laptop plus an external monitor. RAM prices doing their own thing again smh
yeahhh run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup Image /RestoreHealth if the installer fails on every version. A damaged component store can break driver installers in odd ways.

oh ive been there lol some laptops use OEM customized drivers (common on hybrid graphics) lmao In that case get the driver from the laptop makers supprot page, or use teh generic NVIDIA package only if it explicitly lists mobile GPUs.…
