oh ive been there lol back up first, diagnose second. Copy the most important files to another drive before running any long tests, because heavy reads can push a failing drive over the edge. worked for me anyway 🤷

@selin copper dude ended up using the laptop makers driver. its older but stable, and my game launches now. thx for explaining what the installer was realy checking. cant believe it was that simple lol
