@ava copper yesss number stayed stable for two weeks, sooo the marketplace 1TB SATA SSD is now my game library drive only. Projects moved to a new SSD with a nightly backup. cant believe it was that simple lol

uhh are there any specific feautres or games in teh release notes u actually need?
ahh classic pro tip: write down what u change. i didnt and had to redo drivers from scratch 🔥 bump lol still happening with windows for me hope that helps :)

yeahhh check Device Manager with View Show hidden devices ... if there are unknown devices like SM Bus Controller or PCI Device , teh chipset package or related drivers fill those in.
Check Power Options : a Windows update or driver installer can switch to Balanced or a battery saver profile. On laptops, also check the manufacturers performance mode app. good luck man!
