hmm idk I'd argue for two screens over one fancy one for productivity, being able to put a call on one screen and work on the other beats any single feature.

ok so check Power Options : a Windows update or driver installer can switch to Balanced or a battery saver profile :) On laptops, also check the manufacturers performance mode app. hope that helps :)
