Not everyone's refurb experience is great. Quality varies a lot by seller, and "grade A" means different things in different shops. I'd only buy from a seller with a decent warranty and return period. A new budget machine with a warranty…
ahh classic if gaming pays ur bills, the stable/studio branch is a sensible default... games still run well on it; u just get new game optimizations a bit later. good luck man!
