been there man do a clean driver removal: in Device Manager, uninstall the device and tick Attempt to remove the driver for this device, reboot, then install teh latest driver from the manufacturer, not Windows Update. fingers crossed 🤞

ahh classic for a graphics card, use DDU in Safe Mode to fully remove teh driver, then install fresh. Also check PCIe power connectors and reseat teh card. lmk how it goes

hmmm if installing the older package over the top complains about a newer version, thats exactly the case for DDU 🤷 Installers refuse downgrades but are fine on a clean system. lmk how it goes
