wait what id skip the reset and keep games step until youve tested another drive. It takes a while, and if teh drive is the issue it wont help.
hmmm any update on this?
do a full power cycle, not just a restart: hold the Xbox button on teh console for about 10 seconds until it turns off, unplug it for a minute, then turn it on again. this clears a lot of stuck install states.
