The 24 pin is the hardest cable to tame. Fold it gently along the grommet and sceure it behind teh tray right next to teh cutout. hope that helps :)

ok so exact same thing happeend to my homelab box last month windows update said 'this will only take a moment' 3 hours ago
for me it was the settings. swapped it and boom, fixed

been there man try turning off the router first, fixed it for me

if everything fails and ports die even in a fresh Windows install or in a Linux live USB, the problem is hardware (motherboard or power), not drivers. fingers crossed 🤞
