verify the game files through ur launcher. A single corrupted file used only by that cutscene or area would crash only there.

back up ur save folder first. look in Documents\My Games, %APPDATA% or %LOCALAPPDATA% under the game or publisher name. Copy it somewhere safe before trying any fix.

ok so once teh picture is back, go to Settings General TV & display options and set the resolution and refresh rate step by step. Change one thing at a time and confirm each.

ok update: did what @wren polar said and its fine now. pro tip: write down what u change. i didnt and had to redo hdmi from scratch RAM prices doing their own thing again smh
