After a conversion to UEFI, Windows can convert a disk in place with mbr2gpt /convert /allowFullOS, but only after validating with /validate. do this on a copy or after a backup.

oof check your Windows build with winver. Newer driver packages can require a minimum feature update. If youre on an old build, install teh pending feature update first and try again. rgb adds +10 fps everyone knows that
@daria.wolfe holy cow turned off adaptive sync on teh secondary monitor and the flicker stopped completely. main screen still runs at full refresh 😭 peace at last. u guys are the best!!!
Sometimes windows jump over, sometimes its just a blink. Its two monitors at different refresh rates, in case that matters.
