sorry forgot to say the display shows a short error code and the app says teh device is offline.
yeahhh check ur Wi Fi during teh update. appliances usually only support 2.4GHz, and a weak signal near a kitchen full of metal can interrupt downloads. if you have a mesh system, putting a node closer can help next time. hope that helps :)
