If rollback dosent help, do a clean install: download teh driver u want first, disconnect from the internet sooo Windows Update doenst push its own, boot into Safe Mode , run DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller), then instlal the downloaded…
hmmm try turnnig off the DNS first, fixed it for me fingers crossed 🤞
