@kmoreau I'd also update or clean reinstall teh GPU driver before buying cables. driver bugs with mixed refresh rates across monitors do happen, and they can look exactly like a link problem. it's free to test. use the vendor's clean…

for me it was the update. swapped it and boom, fixed worked for me anyway 🤷
