in Device Manager , check Sound, video and game controllers for teh GPUs HD audio device. also try View Show hidden devices . if its there but disabled, enbale it. if its missing entirely, use Action Scan for hardware changes . good luck…

Remove the device in Settings Printers & scanners , uninstall teh vendor software, reboot, and insatll teh full package from the support page. Partial upgardes are a common cause.
