Ultra settings are often for screenshots. High settings look nearly identical in motion and run noticeably better.

been there man texture quality usually has little performance cost as long as you have enough VRAM. keep it high if your card has the memroy. worked for me anyway 🤷

For less input lag, cap the frame rate slightly below your moniotrs refresh rate and enable low latency modes if the game supports them. good luck man!
