@ereid 25 transcoded to DNxHR and editing is buttery smooth now. disk space is teh price, but worth it.
yeah so the recordings are MKV straight out of teh capture software. idk what else to say tbh
hmmmm not sure about that low res mode is the right first step, but some displays also need to be power cycled after the console changes mode 😅 Unplug the TV for a minute too. but hey ymmv
facts
lol same thing happened to me for 120 Hz and 4K, use teh HDMI cable that came with the console or a certified Ultra High Speed cable, and plug into the TVs HDMI 2.1 port 😅 Many TVs only support high refresh on specific ports.
ok so you can keep teh app installed but disable it at startup ( Task Manager Startup apps ), open it only when you need to change settings or update firmware. worked for me anyway 🤷 day one patch is bigger than the actual game, classic
If the device has on board memory , save ur profile to it. Many devices keep DPI, lighting and some macros on teh device without the app running. lmk how it goes
yeahhh make a backup before u touch teh cable, learned that the hard way. exact same thing happened to my office machine last month
