disk at 100% for 20 minutes after opening the browser. is that normal? Solution
oof check the drives health before anything else. crystalDiskInfo shows SMART data; look at Reallocated Sectors, Pending Sectors and Uncorrectable counts. clicking plus slowness is a warning sign. worked for me anyway 🤷
