ok so do a full power drain: Shift + Shut down, unplug, wait, then boot, wi Fi modules can get stuck after updates, and Fast Startup can keep that state. good luck man!

Use your phone's USB tethering to get online temporarily. Windows usually supports it without extra drivers. Then download the Wi Fi driver from the PC maker's support page for your exact model. worked for me anyway 🤷
